E2 Lighting USA warrants that its products shall be free from defect, subject to the individual warranties of each product; which may be found on the product’s technical specification sheet.

(A) ALL RETURNS: The E2 Accounts Receivable and Credit Departments must pre-approve all returns. The Buyer must pay all return freight charges.

(B) Products not in current stock or special ordered item/s not eligible for return.

(C) RETURN TO STOCK POLICIES: E2 will consider “return to stock” requests only if there has been an error by E2. Such return to stock requests made after thirty (30) days of the invoice date will not be considered. An E2 invoice number is required for all “return to stock” claims and the merchandise returned must be in the same sellable condition as it was at the time of shipping, or no credit will be issued. There will be no restocking fees to be charged to returned merchandise if it is E2’s ERROR.

(D) E2 will consider taking returns on stock items only, this will be only on products that E2 currently stock. Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days upon receiving items. After 30 days, all purchases are final. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and buyer will pay for the freight to ship it back. All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and in as-new re-sellable condition. Items or packaging that have been altered or customized are not eligible for return.

(F) DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICIES: Whether a product is defective will be determined at the discretion of E2. A detail description and picture/s of the product and label will be needed to process the defective product. E2 has the discretion to repair or replace the product. If E2 wants to repair the product, E2 will email a return label. Please packaging the product carefully to prevent damages incurred in transit. Once repaired, we will ship the product back at Seller’s expense. If a replacement is needed, E2 will replacement product as soon as it’s available. We will request if the failed product need to get ship back to our warehouse at Buyer’s expense. If a credit is issue, E2 will credit for products found to be defective would be issued at the invoiced price. Failure by Buyers to provide the invoice will result in credit being issued at the lowest current price.
(G) All returns must be accompanied by an RMA form and any photographic evidence in case of damage or defective. RMA must be pre-approved by E2 Lighting International before returning product.

(H) Seller reserves the right to reject any returned items that does not meet our guidelines. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost and any damages incurred in transit during the return. Buyer will be responsible for transportation/disposal of any returns rejected by the seller.

(I) Credit for all returned items may take up to 60 days to process after the return items are received. Products accepted for return will be credited at the prices prevailing at the time of shipment, or at the time of return, whichever is lower.

E2 Lighting Warranty
E2 Lighting warrants each LED Retrofit listed below to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to operate from the date of manufacture for the time periods specified below, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
If an LED Retrofit fails to operate for the specified warranty period, E2 Lighting USA will, at its option, replace or repair the product at no charge or grant Purchaser a credit for a future LED Retrofit purchase. Unit credit is calculated as follows:
Purchase Price ($) x Unexpired warranty period (months) / Warranty period (months)
The customer is solely responsible for labor costs of removal or installation of LED Retrofits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
E2 Lighting guarantees that this bulb will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate over the rated life of the bulb. If this bulb does not conform to the guarantee, E2 Lighting USA will send you a replacement bulb. This guarantee does not cover bulbs subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or acts of God. A replacement is the sole remedy available, whether in contract, in tort or otherwise arising from the failure of bulb and is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is hereby expressly excluded. E2 Lighting total liability to Customer for any claim hereunder shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by Customer in connection with the product giving rise to a claim from Customer. This warranty only applies when LED Retrofits are properly installed and used in accordance with published specifications. LED Retrofits must be used in lighting equipment designed and approved for the application and in environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) within the normal specified operating range. This warranty does not apply to any abnormal use of LED Retrofits or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use in installations including those contained in the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) or, in Canada, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress, including under/over voltage/current conditions, excessive switching cycles or operating hours or outside the following recommended operating conditions:
Warranty period is based on typical (i) 8760 hr. /yr. operation on a continuous burning cycle of 24 hours per day or (ii) 4,380 hr. /yr. operation on a continuous burning cycle of 12 hours per day.
Ambient operating temperature for LED Retrofits: -20C to +40C
Operate at rated AC Voltage or AC Current
Dimming applicable to instructions on packaging or lamp markings.
